January 28th & 29th Parent Note for Sprouts
Dear Sprouts Parent,
This week we conclude our All About Time theme. We will be learning about when Jesus calmed the storm. Our Bible verse is “You are everything I need.” Psalm 119:57. As you go about your day remind your child that Jesus knows what we need. You can talk and act out a storm (rain, thunder, lighting) and talk about how Jesus is always there even when we may be scared. The disciples were scared and they went right to Jesus.
Please dig out your check in card to use when you check in this weekend. This helps prevent lines at check in and allows our kids to get to their classrooms quicker to get engaged in the planned activities.
Have you looked at the Parent Cue? It has great ideas to include our monthly theme and things we are learning throughout your day. The Parent Cue is available on the Kids’ time website as well as the Bible story video, memory verse motions and music videos. www.nhckidstime.com
Recently we have noticed children playing in the indoor playground unsupervised and climbing on the outside of the structures. We do not want to see any of our kids injured. So, as a reminder, if your kids are playing in the playground, a parent must be supervising them at all times. Please do not allow them to climb on the outside of structures or use the facilities in ways not intended. Thanks so much for your assistance in this. I know I love to see families gather to connect while their kids play!
Please remember if your child is sick (fever over 100 F, runny nose, cough, vomiting or diarrhea) or has been sick within the past 24 hours, please stay home and watch the church service online and use the online videos for your children as well.
If you ever have and questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to send me an email.
