February 4th & 5th Parent Note for Sprouts
Dear Sprouts Parent,
This week we begin our February theme of "So Big!" I suspect when your children were babies, you asked them "how big are you?" And they would raise their arms and you would say, "So Big!" Well this month we want the children to know that God's love for them is So Big! Our key question is "who loves us?" And the answer, our bottom line is, "God loves us!" This week we will hear the Bible story when Jesus visited Mary and Martha. You may want to use your play dishes and play food to set the table like Martha, but also sit for a Bible story like Mary.
Please continue to bring and use your check in card. This helps prevent lines at check in and allows our kids to get to their classrooms quicker to get engaged in the planned activities.
Have you looked at the Parent Cue? It has great ideas to include our monthly theme and things we are learning throughout your day. The Parent Cue is available on the Kids’ time website as well as the Bible story video, memory verse motions and music videos. www.nhckidstime.com
Recently we have noticed children playing in the indoor playground unsupervised and climbing on the outside of the structures. We do not want to see any of our kids injured. So, as a reminder, if your kids are playing in the playground, a parent must be supervising them at all times. Please do not allow them to climb on the outside of structures or use the facilities in ways not intended. Thanks so much for your assistance in this. I know I love to see families gather to connect while their kids play!
Please remember if your child is sick (fever over 100 F, runny nose, cough, vomiting or diarrhea) or has been sick within the past 24 hours, please stay home and watch the church service online and use the online videos for your children as well.
If you ever have and questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to send me an email.
